All products bought from our website will be returned within seven days of the delivery date. Only the unused item will be eligible to return. The item should be packed in the original packaging along with the receipt as proof of purchase. You can also request via mail with the order number and product number. Once our team receives the product, they will access and approve the further process of refund.

Refund method

After we receive the product that will be inspected by the team of experts and further, we will notify you about the situation. You will be communicated about your refund status. After the approval, your refund process will be initiated and will be done with the method of payment you used. Such as debit cards or credit cards, your amount will be refunded. If you have selected the cash on delivery method, then your order amount will be credited in your account as a store credit. This credit can be utilized in the further purchase on our website.

Your expected amount will be refunded within the working 7 days as per the method of payment you used rather than the COD.If we receive our product with the tempered packaging, then your request will not be processed. Anything you have purchased from our website will be returned to you. It's a delicate matter, and you need to keep the proper packaging until we receive our product along with the proof or that delivery.
